I bought this as reading about it, it's meant to be their "Gold standard" of coffee. It's not a dark or bitter coffee, more of a sweeter tasting coffee. Their usual coffee is darker. This is on par with Brazil or Colombian flavour, tho without as much kick as Brazil coffee. I bought it on a Prime deal offer. Would I buy it again - yes if it as on offer. But I like trying different ones. There is no date on it when it was roasted - they rarely do tho. Only a BB date (which doesn't help). The beans are a nice size and go thru a Bean to Cup machine better than some coffees, where the beans are a bit larger and can struggle. If you like a coffee that isn't bitter, has a nice flavour, this is a good one. If you like one with a dark kick, and strong after taste, I'd say skip this one. Some aren't fans of Starbucks for example (I like it), as they find it too dark roasted. This is NOT dark roasted. This is prob similar to their Blonde roast.

These coffee beans are perfect for every day use in my bean to cup coffee machine. I have tried various different varieties of coffee beans but always come back to these. I often make a "long" coffee which grinds a second lot of beans halfway through making the drink, so getting the coffee beans at the lowest price is important. These are lower in price than anywhere else I have looked.

We have been buying this variety for years. Low acid and easy on the stomach. Taste great. Works great in the super automatic espresso machine and also great in the drip coffee machine. Been ordering it from this supplier at Amazon for about 3 months. It is always fresh and no problems with delivery so far. I would recommend when the price is reasonable but sometimes it doubles for some reason. Not sure why?
