I tried this coffee after buying a bean to cup machine and being very surprised at how expensive coffee beans were. Having seen these at a price hugely below most of the other coffee offerings I thought I would try them. They are great value, have a great taste and make an amazingly smooth coffee. I am not an expert on coffee, I have only really converted to coffee in the last 18 months since my wife spent a fortune on a new machine, so I have to get my use out of it. I had not tried these beans before, so it was a risk to buy 6kg. However, given the excellent price and reviews, I decided to try them. I was not disappointed at all. The beans are a mix of Arabica & Robusta beans that are very pleasant to my palette. The packaging is good and use by date very long. As an everyday bean you cannot go wrong with these beans. I will purchase again without hesitation.

I usually buy Lavazza Rossa. Nothing else at anywhere near the price is as good. For better coffee at a higher price see Atkinsons in Lancaster. I could not resist trying the Amorcaffe Intenso because of the price and the reviews. I am very glad that I tried it. Although not as complex as Rossa this coffee makes a great brew - only tried it so far with a pour-over filter - with no muddy mouth feel or exaggerated bitterness. First cup of the morning goes down quickly as the temptation to gulp is quite strong. If the price of decent beans usually deters you then this is the way in. Stop posing around with filth in a cardboard cup and give this a go. Only tried this black but if you are used to drinking white coffee then I guess that you would like this. Delivered on time. I read the previous reviews of this coffee and thought I'd take a punt. I was not disappointed. It's very strong coffee which I love and has a lovely taste. Gave a cup to a friend and she said it was too strong for her. She previously tried my lavazza coffee which she enjoyed. I really like this as it has perfect crema when using a bean to cup machine. It is a strong coffee.

I have just purchased my first bean to cup machine and did a search for a bulk supply of beans to go with it. After using a B2C machine at work I wanted tastier coffee than instant with more convenience than a filter machine. I found these beans and liked the fact that they were described as "intense and strong flavoured" and they were a reasonable price so I promptly added them to my cart. After getting to grips with the machine, I have to say they have not disappointed, the coffee is flavourful and smooth (I am using the "extra strong" option on my machine). This morning, I made a cup of instant as my wife wanted decaf and I didn't want to boil the kettle and fire up the machine...it just tasted hot and wet...will be using the beans all the time now.

For cheap coffee I was very pleasantly surprised. I used to roast my own coffee but since moving last year I have not got anywhere to set up my coffee roaster yet, and so I have been purchasing ready roasted. I tried lots of different brands from local roasters but you cant beat amazon for convenience. I tried some of the more expensive beans on amazon only to be disappointed, but this was one of the cheaper brands and I have found it to be quite acceptable its a nice rich roast perfect for expresso or latte.

Got delivered in under a week after ordering (free post) came in a branded box with 6 x 1kg bags date roasted was the same month as ordered with a 3year use by date. Nice dark and oily beans that ground well Great extraction with good Creme It’s quite a nutty taste with hints of chocolate with a bit of caramel It’s not a strong coffee but it is pleasant in its own little way Will I reorder? to be honest I don’t know yet It’s the cheapest coffee beans out there at under 50p per 100g It’s roasted the same month as ordering It gets delivered for free The beans are oily You get good creme when extracting But for me it’s not strong enough I can’t compare it to anything else out there that I’ve tried (I’ve been in the catering industry for 15 years, I’ve had my own coffee machine for about 10years) I’ve tried a lot of different beens and I’ve gotten quite fussy but there worth a go maybe chip in with a friend or two so you’ve not got 6kg to get through your self lol
