I’ma bit disappointed with the flavour profile. Personally, it tastes burnt, almost like a diner coffee. The beans aren’t overdeveloped and they still have the silvering, but it doesn’t taste that nuanced. I’ll try some of their light roasts after this to see if they are any better. I think I’m just not a fan of this particular bean
